Day 32 -- Come On! I Mean Really!

IT IS JUNE for crying in the cruddy bucket! What is with this rain?!? Usually by this time our lawn is mostly dead. Now it's like the Amazon Rainforest. Scott, I know...This is an effect of She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Scott has a relative that is able to manipulate the weather. I doubted her power just before the flood and look what happened. I will not make the same mistake again. Neither, it seems, will DAYT. They sent some guys by this morning and called this afternoon to make sure we were still dry. I'm hoping it will let up enough this week for them to get the rest of the second floor closed in.
