Day 110 -- And There Was Light, And It Was Good

The electricians came and installed the switches, plugs, plates, bulbs smoke detectors and canned light trim in most of the house. It's amazing how different it feels with a bit of lighting. Here is a picture of the canned lights on the weird angles in our bedroom. I love the mini canned lights in the dormer areas.



Here are a couple shots of the closet, stairway and the new canned lighting in our front room. Can't wait to try this out in the dark tonight.

They also started working on painting the exterior. They've painted on the tan color. The sun in these photos kind of washes it out. It's also a lot lighter than I thought it would be. Hopefully, I'll get some better pics when the white trim is on. Looks like they had to putty a lot of holes. I'm guessing they'll put on another coat tomorrow. We're getting there, though.
